Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Returned in its original, unopened condition
  • Free from physical damage caused after delivery
  • Accompanied by all original accessories and packaging
  • Subject to a valid claim (defective, wrong item, or not as described)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns: personalised/custom items, digital products, perishable goods, and items marked as "Final Sale."

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@refulgix.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
