5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, courier disruptions, or force majeure events. We will inform you promptly in case of significant delays.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@refulgix.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
